a non-political and not-for-profit organization under the laws
of the State of California. Its mission is to promote and develop
technology exchange and cooperation between companies in the
United States and China through its social, academic, professional
and educational activities. |

The Chinese Enterprise Association, a non-profit corporation,
was founded in 1997 to serve the Chinese business community
and as a resource for doing business in the US and China. CEA
represents American companies who receive investment from Chinese
individuals or companies, and who are interested in doing business
in China. |

Information and Networking Association |

The Chinese Information and Networking Association
(CINA), a non-profit organization, was founded in February 1992,
by a group of Chinese Professionals from network computing industry.
Today, with more than 2,600 members, CINA is one of the most
active and fastest growing Chinese professional associations
in Silicon Valley. CINA strives to carry out its mission by
holding conferences, monthly seminars, special workshops and
events, social gatherings etc. |

the software industry. CSPA consists of a core membership of
Chinese and Chinese Americans, while it remains open to people

The Hong Kong Association of Northern California was
founded in 1984 to provide a point of focus for Northern California-based

The Hua Yuan Science and Technology Association is
a non-profit organization that promotes the technological, professional
and scientific development of the Chinese business community.
Headquartered in the Silicon Valley, Hua Yuan assists and encourages
the professional development and entrepreneurship of our members,
facilitates exchange between Chinese and other business communities
in the United States, and strengthens the cross-border business
relationship between the Silicon Valley and China. |

The Silicon Valley Chinese Engineer Association is
