The Teaser
Please take a look at the articles pages
to see how you should compose your teaser. We generally expect the
following format:
- Your name
- The article's headline
- A teaser with about 50 words, telling something about you/your
company and what the article is about
We also need a photograph of you in the dimensions of 78x90 pixels
(JPEG or GIF format).
The Article
The article (see an example article)
should be informative to a broader Silicon Valley audience.
We understand that most articles are written to promote certain
services/companies/ideas/insights. Thus, please avoid excessive
use of words (...we're the best...the leading...the foremost...)
and give away some of your knowledge.
The Footer of the Article
The article's footer (see an example
article) should feature your name, your email address, your
company name and the company's web site address. Please do not use
more than 50 words and avoid excessive use of words (...we're the
best...the leading...the foremost...).
How to Submit your Article
Please send your article (article, footer, teaser, photo) to info@goto-silicon-valley.com.
Please avoid the use of HTML emails and send all texts in plain
text format (no MS Word).
Goto-Silicon-Valley.com reserves the right not to publish your
article at all. Goto-Silicon-Valley.com reserves the right to edit
your articles for typographical errors, formatting and any information
that may be deemed inappropriate. All articles remain the exclusive
property of their contributors and you allow Goto-Silicon-Valley.com
the rights to publish those articles on www.goto-silicon-valley.com.
We will always provide appropriate author information as a courtesy
to you and our visitors.
